New Iron Baltic Riding Arena Leveler Pro G2

Iron Baltic has introduced the new Riding Arena Leveler Pro G2, an updated version of its arena maintenance tool for ATVs, UTVs and other suitable towing vehicles.

The new model has been developed for regular riding arena maintenance, where the aim is not only to drag the surface flat, but to loosen, level, move and finish the material in a controlled way. A good riding surface needs consistent care. Sand and footing material move during use, especially along the track line, corners and arena edges. If the surface is not maintained regularly, uneven areas, compacted sections and material build-up can start to affect both riding quality and daily usability.

The Riding Arena Leveler Pro G2 is built for this kind of work.

It combines spring tines for surface hoeing, adjustable working sections for levelling and material control, and a rear finishing roller to leave the surface more even after each pass. The updated Pro G2 version also includes an electric actuator as standard for controlling the rear roller, making adjustment easier during use.

The purpose is simple: to help keep riding arenas level, consistent and ready for work.

Designed for regular arena maintenance

Riding arena maintenance is often about small differences. A surface that looks acceptable from a distance can still have harder sections, loose material pushed to the sides, or uneven areas created by repeated riding patterns.

This is why an arena leveler needs to do more than simply scrape the top layer.

The spring tines on the Riding Arena Leveler Pro G2 help loosen the surface. The adjustable plow sections help move footing material where it is needed, including from the edges back towards the centre of the arena. The rear roller then helps finish and compact the surface, leaving it more even and visually clean.

For riding schools, private stables, horse farms and training arenas, this makes the leveler a practical tool for routine maintenance. Used regularly, it helps prevent the surface from becoming uneven before the problem becomes more difficult to correct.

Updated G2 version

The Pro G2 continues the same basic idea as Iron Baltic’s earlier arena maintenance equipment, but with updates aimed at making the tool more practical and refined in daily use.

One of the key changes is the electric actuator included as standard for controlling the rear roller. This makes the working position easier to manage and reduces the need for manual adjustment during repeated use.

The machine is intended for towing with suitable vehicles, including ATVs and UTVs. This makes it useful for stables and property owners who already use compact off-road vehicles for maintenance work around the yard, paddocks, fields or farm roads.

The steel structure and working components are designed with practical use in mind. The tool is not made as a decorative accessory for occasional display, but as working equipment for surfaces that need regular attention.

Why arena surface maintenance matters

A riding arena surface is constantly moving. Every ride changes it slightly. Hooves displace material, corners become worn, the track line becomes compacted, and edges collect footing that should be brought back into use.

If the arena is only levelled occasionally, the work becomes heavier and less precise. Regular light maintenance is usually more effective than waiting until the surface needs major correction.

A properly maintained surface can help create more consistent riding conditions. It can also make the arena easier to use throughout the season, especially in places where weather, moisture and repeated training sessions all affect the footing.

The right tool does not remove the need to understand the arena surface itself. Moisture, material type, base structure and riding intensity all matter. But a suitable leveler gives the user better control over routine maintenance.

A practical tool for stables and horse properties

The Riding Arena Leveler Pro G2 fits into Iron Baltic’s wider range of agricultural and property maintenance equipment for ATVs and UTVs. Like many tools in this category, its value comes from making a compact vehicle more useful around a property.

For many horse properties, an ATV or UTV is already used for transport, small maintenance jobs, towing trailers, moving equipment or clearing snow in winter. Adding an arena leveler allows the same vehicle to take care of one of the most important working surfaces on the property.

This is especially useful for private arenas and smaller stables where a full-size tractor may not always be practical or necessary. A compact towing vehicle with the right attachment can often handle routine arena maintenance efficiently, with less weight and less disturbance than larger machinery.
